I found Cozy Confidence by chance doing Christmas shopping. I’ve tried most overnight curl methods with mixed results. The best results come from my robe tie but I always have trouble keeping the ends in when I fasten it with the scrunchies because the robe tie is so long.
I don’t know if it’s the texture of the Cozy Confidence tie or simply that the short+sassy length is so much shorter than my robe tie, but after a solid wee using it every night, I haven’t struggled once keeping the ends in when fastening with the scrunchies, and my curls have arguably turned out better than with the robe tie. AND it’s been easier to sleep in than the robe tie. And I am a side sleeper who curls up on her partner most nights so if the headband doesn’t bother him, we’re golden 😂.
The short + sassy was the perfect length for my 2C curl pattern hair that falls just below my shoulders. I went back and forth on the short versus long length headband because I’m in the process of growing my hair out, but short was the right call. There are still 3-4” that I will be able to use as my hair grows, and it is really easy to get the scrunchies on to secure my hair. My hair looks slightly different each morning I take it out, but that works well for me because on days I don’t think it looks as good down it looks great in a messy bun or claw clip!
Wasn’t sure about the price but definitely worth the investment for me, love the results and will probably forget what it’s like to sleep without it in my hair. 😆 The mystery bundle was also super fun, I got a rich deep blue tie that I LOVE and leopard print scrunches which are the most fun thing ever. Five stars, love!
