Used Items: Since these items are designed to be slept in, we do not accept returns or exchanges to ensure they remain free from any potential lice, germs, or other unsanitary conditions. Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@cozyconfidence.com. We will resolve the issue promptly by providing you with the correct item.

Unopened Items: If you receive your order and find that it's not what you intended to purchase, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. You may return the unopened item to us. Once we receive the item, we will ship the correct product to you. If you would like the replacement item sooner you can place a new order with the correct products and we will refund your original order when we receive it.

Don’t worry, we’ve got your back and are ready to make it right!
First, double-check your order details and shipping status. Sometimes packages can be misplaced, so ask your neighbors or building management if they've seen it. If you still can’t find your package, email us and we'll sort it out for you! If your Curlband arrived damaged, snap some photos and save all the packaging. Email us a those pictures and your order number and we will take care of the rest!
