I absolutely love my cozy confidence curl band. I go camping a lot and it is so refreshing to be able to have fabulous hair in seconds. Everyone that sees me in it ask what it is, then they see the results and want to know where to get one. Seriously my favorite, and orange is my favorite color so it s a win win.
I’m so impressed with cozy confidence’s customer service. I was missing one item in my last order and they went above and beyond to make it right. I had ordered 2 sets of the black scrunchies (4 total scrunchies) but only received 3. I emailed them just hoping they would send the missing scrunchie. Not only did they send me the missing scrunchie but they went ahead and just sent a 2 pack (so I got an additional scrunchie) but they also included 2 claw clips. Thank you so much Cozy confidence for the extras and for the exceptional customer service!
I am obsessed with my new pink curlband! It is the funnest shade of pink. Even my husband said I was cute!! 😉
The curlband is soooo good! Optimizes the time that a mother of 3 wouldn't have to curl her hair.
I just thought they could improve the packaging and also add a card that showed step by step how to use it or that had a QR code that led to a video tutorial because I bought it recommended by a friend and when it arrived I didn't know how to do it. And there was no card with the website or anything, just the curlband inside a plastic bag. Other than that, the product does what it promises, it's very good!
There is definitely a learning curve, but the cozy curl band was so easy to use, and I love the shape and design of it. It sits flat on your head and did not budge at all during the night. Plus it’s so soft, I’ve used it twice and I love it!
I literally use it every night, such an easy and HEALTHY alternative to the curling iron. Love it so much thank you!
