What if my items are missing or damaged?

First, double-check your order details and shipping status. Sometimes packages can be misplaced, so ask your neighbors or building management if they've seen it. If you still can’t find your package, email us at support@cozyconfidence.com, and we'll sort it out for you! If your Curlband arrived damaged, snap some photos and save all the packaging. Email us at support@cozyconfidence.com with your order number and those photos, and we'll take care of the rest. Our friendly support team will respond promptly with clear instructions on the next steps. We’re committed to resolving any issues, whether that means sending a replacement or offering a refund.
